"Bowl & Pitcher"
When my children were young, and the family was large, we used to take them to Riverside State Park near Spokane, Washington. They would skim rocks across the river and had great times that they still talk about to this day now that they are adults.
The Bowl & Pitcher rock formation is in the Spokane River located at Riverside State Park. It is a popular gathering and hiking spot near Spokane Washington. The log bench was an Eagle Scout project for one of the boys at our church when my husband was Scout Master. I thought it would be fun to paint it, not knowing that Glenn had helped the scout work on this bench. I had finished the painting and he took one look at it and told me the story. He was excited to see that I had painted it and we decided to give a print to Ryan's parents as a reminder of his Eagle project.
